Gurugram-headquartered realty developer Elan Group will invest Rs 3000 crore in developing its ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway.
This project is part of Elan Group’s 50+ acres premium township in Sector 106, which integrates residential apartments, branded residences, a high-end mall, a luxury 5-star hotel and premium office spaces.
The project comprises a total of 580 units spread across five towers, with a total saleable area of 28,70,000 sq. ft.
Elan Group has onboarded SWA, a leading landscaping architect from the US and UHA London, a globally renowned architectural firm from the UK.
Other global firms that have been onboarded include, WET Design, US based water design firm, Dubai’s CD+M, international lighting design firm, HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates), an interior design firm from the U.S.
The seven-level clubhouse is being constructed by the US- based Mero Contractors with sustainable MEP solutions designed by DSA Engineering from London.
Elan Group’s portfolio consists of 15 projects comprised of Residential, Retail, Commercial and Hospitality. These projects spread across Gurugram and New Delhi, offering a built-up area of approximately 25 million square feet.
In 2022, the Group ventured into the luxury residential segment with the launch of Elan Presidential in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway.
